Shipping Rates & Delivery

We offer simple, flat-rate shipping options based on your order total:

Delivery Destinations & PO Boxes

Domestic shipping only: We ship to all 50 U.S. states.
No international shipping: We do not ship outside the United States at this time.
PO Boxes & APO/FPO: We happily deliver to PO Boxes and military addresses via standard shipping.

Processing & Estimated Delivery Times

Order handling: Orders process and ship within 1–3 business days.
Transit time: Packages arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.
Business days: We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Tracking info: You will receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Marked as delivered: Check with neighbors or your local carrier if missing.
Report timelines: Email us within 7 days of the listed delivery date.
Resolution process: We will open an investigation and replace or refund lost transit items.
